Alura is designed to support healthy lifestyle habits through education and coaching. Your privacy is fundamental to everything we do. Your conversations and personal wellness information are protected using industry-standard security practices and our customized safeguards. If your employer provides Alura as part of a wellness benefit, your employer does not have access to your personal conversations or individual wellness information. For employers, corporate pricing is based on the number of eligible employees. We offer flexible subscription options, with a price per employee per month and a one-time onboarding fee. Special pricing can be secured during our B2B pilot, which runs from September 2026 to December 2026. Individual subscriptions will be available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store starting January 2027, for employees who want to recommend Alura outside their workplace. Yes. To provide a high-quality voice coaching experience, Alura includes generous weekly voice minutes, along with unlimited text conversations.

Weekly Voice Allowance

Every user receives 10 minutes of AI voice coaching each week.

Your voice allowance resets every Monday, regardless of when you downloaded the app. Unused minutes from the previous week do not roll over.

Conversation Limit

Each individual voice conversation is limited to 5 minutes.

If your conversation reaches the 5-minute limit, Alura will seamlessly continue the conversation by text.

Unlimited Text Coaching

You can continue chatting with Alura by text at any time, with no limits on the number or length of your text conversations.
