Inferences about you: which includes your wellness routine, dietary habits, and related areas of interest.

Information not listed above and related to characteristics protected under California or federal law; which includes gender; race and ethnicity; nationality; parental status and other family information; marital status; military service/veteran status; age and/or date of birth.

Other personal information not listed above and described in California Civil Code § 1798.80(e), which includes signature; physical characteristics or descriptions, such as your height and weight; bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, and other financial information; “condition state,” such as your symptoms and pain level, other medicines you are currently taking that could interact with hemp, the desired effect of potential products, dosage preferences, insurance policy number, and other medical information (but in no cases do we collect information regarding specific medical conditions or medical treatment).

We do not collect any information from third-party sources – we only collect the information you choose to share with us.

We do not sell personal information. We may share your personal information with the several third party categories.

  • Other business partners, such as Rakuten, HubSpot, and Square.
