Alurx Wellness App FAQs

Open the Apple App Store on your device and search for "Alurx Wellness." Alternatively, you can click on this link: Alurx Wellness App. Please note, the app is not available on Android devices yet.

It can be used on i-phones, most i-pad tablets and i-watches.

The 7-Day Free Trial is offered to all users. You need to click "Monthly" or "3 months - Save $30", then click "Start Free 7-Day Trial".

The Apple App Store requires that you have an Apple ID and a form of payment on file to activate your free trial. You will not be charged until the 8th day.

To cancel your subscription before the 7-Day Free Trial ends:
1. Open the Alurx Wellness App.
2. Go to your Account settings.
3. Click on "Delete Account."

Alternatively, you can:
1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap on your name at the top.
3. Select "Subscriptions."
4. Find the Alurx Wellness App subscription.
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription."

This is a key security feature designed to protect your account. You can bypass it by enabling "Face ID" in your iPhone settings.

You can switch to a different need state when you have completed your first 30 days of daily activities. Our experts recommend to work on the same wellness goal for 30 or 60 days.

You get your first score during the first weekly assessment. Then, the score is updated weekly based on your activities.

You receive 2 to 3 daily activities recommended by the Alurx experts.

Your feed is refreshed automatically 24 hours after you completed your last set of activities.

Building healthy habits takes repetition and consistency. Our experts recommend repeating some activities daily until they become part of your daily routine.

Click the "Learn" button at the bottom of the App screen anytime to access the free Wellness Library on alurx.com. From the Library, you can read blogs, watch video tutorials, and listen to podcasts from our AMEC members.
