Julia Stewart, Alurx, Inc. Founder & CEO

Julia Stewart's impressive career spans more than 40 years at some of America's most iconic and beloved brands. Her leadership accounts for the rejuvenation and growth of companies such as Taco Bell, Applebee's, and IHOP. She served almost 20 years as Chair & CEO for IHOP and subsequently, Dine Brands Global (NYSE: DIN). Through her strategic vision, IHOP acquired Applebee's resulting in the creation of Dine Brands Global, the world's largest sit-down restaurant chain. Because of her enduring career and countless accomplishments, Fortune Magazine named her to their list of the 50 Most Powerful Women in the US.

Throughout Julia's career, she led companies known as "everyday indulgent brands”. Recognizing the paramount importance of maintaining healthy habits, she made a strategic shift and dedicated herself entirely to the realm of consumer health and wellness. In 2020 she began an entrepreneurial journey with a single mission: to enable health-conscious people to adopt a proactive lifestyle and live longer, healthier lives. Her journey led to the creation of the premium wellness brand, Alurx and recently, the introduction of its groundbreaking wellness App. Alurx is offering pioneering support aimed at transforming daily habits, one step at a time. The App is a unique platform where subscribers start by choosing sleep, stress management, or nutrition and receive an expert assessment and customized daily activities offered from the esteemed AMEC (Alurx Medical & Expert Council). Additionally, customers gain access to a wealth of exclusive features, including the Alurx Scorecard, individualized curated resources, tools, products, and motivational prompts. Through Julia's visionary leadership and Alurx's unwavering commitment to wellness, the brand emerges as a source of empowerment, guiding individuals toward a brighter, healthier future.

Additionally, Julia holds positions as an independent board member for companies including Avery Dennison (NYSE: AVY), Bite Acquisition Corp (NYSE: BITE), and Bojangles Restaurants, Inc. Outside of her corporate roles, she is known for her active philanthropy and is frequently invited to share her insights as a sought-after speaker.
