Alurx Shipping Policy

  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.
  • We generally ship orders we receive by 11AM the same-day (weekends and U.S. holidays excluded).
  • As soon as we assign a shipping label to your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information and/or expected arrival date.
  • Domestic ground shipping in the U.S. is a flat rate fee of $8.99 (ground shipping typically taking 3-4 business days).
  • Domestic overnight shipping (placed before 11AM PT) has a flat fee of $35. Larger purchases periodically receive free shipping.
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally but plan to expand our service in 2022

Alurx Return & Refund Policy

To ensure that our products are the best fit for your personal wellness journey, Alurx gives you the flexibility to return a product and to get a refund or a credit on future purchases. Here’s how:

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, made an error when ordering, or received a product damaged during shipping, you will be eligible for a refund or credit. Requests for full refunds need to be received within thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase for any unused product in its original packaging purchased on Alurx.com. Alurx will also cover the standard shipping cost for the return.
  2. For hygiene and safety purposes, all products must be unused and still in their original packaging with an unbroken seal. Products part of a bundle or set must all be returned together in the original bundle or set. Any damaged product should be returned with the original product carton unless the product is unboxed. Refunds are only provided for purchases made and shipped within the USA with proof of purchase on Alurx.com.
  3. Please contact CustomerService@alurx.com for return instructions and provide your full name, proof of purchase (either order confirmation email or credit card transaction receipt) and specify whether you require a refund or credit. Customer Service will issue you via email a UPS return label at no cost to you. When reporting a product damaged during shipping, we kindly ask that you provide a picture of the damage.
  4. Credit towards future purchases will be sent free of charge with no handling fee. When using your credit, shipping costs for your new order will be subject to the shipping policy in place at the time of your new purchase.
  5. Gifts without receipts, e-gift cards, flash sales, samples, gifts with purchase, products purchased on TV, in retail stores, on websites (other than Alurx.com) or at wholesale are excluded from the Alurx Return and Refund Policy. Your original shipping cost, custom duty or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
  6. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for processing.

You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us a reason, provided that it has not yet been shipped. In most instances, we begin processing an order placed on Alurx.com within a few hours of its receipt.
