Alurx Shipping Policy

  • We accept all major credit cards.
  • We do not accept personal checks, prepaid debit cards, or money orders.
  • We generally ship orders we receive by 11AM the same-day (weekends and US holidays excluded).
  • As soon as we assign a shipping label to your order, we’ll send you an email with tracking information and/or expected arrival date.
  • Domestic ground shipping in the US is a flat rate fee of $8.99 (ground shipping typically taking 2-7 business days).
  • Domestic overnight shipping (placed before 11AM PT) has a flat fee of $35. Larger purchases periodically receive free shipping.
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally but plan to expand our service in 2021

Alurx Return & Refund Policy

To ensure that our products are the best fit for your personal wellness journey, Alurx gives you the flexibility to return or exchange a product, and to get a refund, exchange or a credit on future purchases.

  1. We provide a full refund (excluding shipping charges) requested within thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase for any unused product in its original packaging purchased on Alurx.com.
  2. What products qualify for a return, a refund, an exchange or a credit? For hygiene and safety purposes, all products must be unused and still in their original packaging. Products part of a bundle or set must all be returned together in the original bundle or set. Any damaged product should be returned with the original product carton, unless the product is unboxed. Refunds are only provided for purchases made and shipped in the USA with proof of purchase on Alurx.com.
  3. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or made an error when ordering, you will be eligible for a refund, an exchange or a credit. Please contact CustomerService@alurx.com for return instructions and provide your full name, proof of purchase (either order confirmation email or credit card transaction receipt) and specify whether you require a refund, an exchange or a credit. Shipping cost will be at customer’s expense and deducted from your refund amount.
  4. Product arriving damaged during shipping should be reported to CustomerService@alurx.com. Customer Service will issue you a UPS return label. You will receive a full refund minus any shipping charges with proof of purchase.
  5. Credit towards future purchases will be sent free of charge with no handling fee. Shipping cost will be at customer’s expense.
  6. Gifts without receipts, e-gift card, flash sales, gifts with purchase and products purchased on TV (such as GMA) are excluded from the Alurx Return and Refund Policy.
  7. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer you need to give this information to Customer Service when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.
